Vibration level sensor for solids Soliphant T FTM20

Soliphant T is a level sensor for grain storage silos, fine or coarse-grained bulk materials. Due to the various constructions available, the device is widely adapted. Soliphant T comes in 4 lengths.

Operation

The piezoelectric element triggers the resonance frequency oscillations of the Soliphant T FTM20 vibrating rod. If the vibrating rod is covered by the medium, the amplitude of the vibration of the rod changes (vibration inhibited). The Soliphant electronic circuit compares the actual amplitude with the target value and determines whether the rod vibrates freely, or whether it is covered with a medium. The sensors can be directly connected to control systems, switching units, alarm systems (eg bulbs, sirens, data communication modules, etc.).
