Grain Cleaning Machine LUCH ZSO
The Grain Sector LUCH is designed to clean cereal crops from rough, fine and light impurities in cereal elevators or other cereal processing sites.
The machines consist of a sieve and air seperators. The air separator can be designed in two variants: with closed air circuit VSZ and open air circuit VSN.
Cleaning of grains on sieves takes place by sieving through a drum sieve according to one of the selected schemes. Cleaning of the sieves is carried out using brushes and wooden rollers.
Cleaned grains as well as separated impurities shall be removed separately through the discharge pipes.
The ol manufacturer has patented a supersonic cleaning plant on the drum purifying LUCH. This unit has an integrated dust deposition cyclone that removes the shafts with the help of a helical transporter.
The main advantage of purifying the drum is that it is designed to clean highly moist grains.

Grain Cleaning GORIZONT-K
The grain separator GORIZONT-K is intended for cleaning cereal crops from rough, fine and light impurities in cereal elevators or other cereal processing sites.
The separator allows the following operations: initial cleaning, primary cleaning, secondary cleaning (sorting, calibration).
The grain cleaning GORIZONT-K consists of a sieve separator and an aspiration chamber.
Operating principle:
When the grains enter the purifying through the intake hole, they fall on the sieves where they are cleaned from debris which differs in size from the grain. The purified grains and impurities shall be removed separately from the purification through the discharge pipes. The grains then enter the aspiration chamber in the AO, where they are blown out by a counter-air flow, thus cleaning the grains from light impurities.
The cleaning GORIZONT-K may be equipped with an air separator VSZ (with a closed air circuit) and an air separator VSN (with an open air circuit). The primary grains first enter the air separator IN THE VSZ or VSN, then on the sieve separators and then into the aspiration chamber.
