Flat-bottomed grain towers Feerum FSP

Flat-bottomed grain silo is designed for long and short term storage of grain, corn and oil seed. They are made out of corrugated, zinc coated steel sheets. We can offer grain silos of diameters ranging from 3.8 to 33.4 meters, and with a volume of one silo from 20 to 20400 tons. The specialty of each grain tower is the amount of zinc, which can range between 275 g/m² or 450 g/m². Made of corrugated steel, the grain silos are extremely durable and resistant to any structure deformation.

Corrugated sheet is also important for its ability to deflect light rays, which prevents the stored grain from heating up during summer. The increased roof angle to 34° prevents from snow accumulation and dangerous icing. The ventilation chimneys (openings) mounted on the roof help to remove the water condensation under the roof, which is caused by temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the silo.
