The body is built in the shape of a Y, which allows free sliding of the material off the walls. It has low loading side walls made of (one) monocoque element as a result of precise bending, reinforced with profiles with a cross-section of 200 x 100 x 5 mm. The capacity of the spreader can be easily extended by using wooden or metal extension sides(optional)<\/p>\n

Adapter’s drive<\/strong><\/p>\n

The adapter is driven by a monoblock angle-gearbox from a renowned German producer ROEGELBERG. The gearbox was protected against damage by a shaft with shear bolt coupling or a torque limiting slip clutch (optional). There is also mounted a one-way clutch that prevents shaft rotation in the opposite direction. There is a metal cover at the joint between the PTO shaft and the spreader.<\/p>\n

Slurry door<\/strong><\/p>\n

The flap closing the cargo space opens hydraulically with two cylinders. It allows you to transport of agricultural products with the self-discharge function (after disassembling the adapter). Gate valve is secured against excessive rocking in he fully open condition and additionally equipped with a bottom rubber sealing strip.<\/p>\n

Chain-floor conveyor<\/strong><\/p>\n

One-slat floor conveyor with two chains and two slats with four chains, 14 mm cell thickness. Chains are reinforced, tempered,class 5 (strength 19 t\/chain) or class 8 (strength 25 t\/chain). These chains are made exlusively in Poland. Robust scraper strips ensure efficient feeding of the load onto the spreading beaters. Strips can be quickly replaced thanks t the use of a detachable, threaded connection. Transmission is carried out via the use of a top-class hydraulic motor with floor speed control. It is possible to adjust the feed speed of the chain floor from the tractor, using the remote control \/ in-cab electric control box – as an additional option.<\/p>\n

Front cover<\/strong><\/p>\n

One axle with rigid beam cross-section from 100 x 100 mm to 130 x 130 mm, in standard equipped with air or hydraulic brakes.
