Chain conveyors Feerum

Feerum is a Polish manufacturer, specializing in grain storage and transportation equipment manufacturing.

FRL – chain horizontal transporters, can be mounted at 6º tilt angle;

FRLK – grain dump pit chain horizontal transporters;

FTL – chain horizontal transporters, mounted at 30º elbow. It is always very comfortable when it is not necessary to build special pits when grain has to be transported from a chain transporter to a bucket transporter or to another chain transporter.

Z – chain horizontal transporters, fitted with two 30º elbows. It is always very comfortable when it is not necessary to build special pits when grain has to be transported from a chain transporter to several bucket transporters or to another chain transporters.

Chain transporters can carry various powdery products such as grain, granular materials, flour, etc.

FRL and FRLK conveyors

Efficiency ranges from 30 to 300 t/h
FRL transporters can have the length from 2 to 70 meters, moving up to 500 mm.
FRLK transporters can have the length from 2 to 21 meters, moving up to 500 mm.
Made of 2 – 4 mm thick galvanized metal sheets.
Standard transporters can carry grain at an angle of no more than 6°.
Equipped with a special chain and other necessary options, FRL type transporters can be mounted from 10º to 40º angles, without losing efficiency (this option is not available for FRLK transporters).
Transporter bottom is made from abrasion-resistant material.
Transporters that are longer than 6 meters can be equipped with a reverse gear, which allows to transport grain in both directions (this option is not available for FRLK type transporters).

**Transporters have an observation window, through which the level of the transported mass can be monitored.
FRL type chain transporters are equipped with a mechanical chain tensioner and a membrane overload sensor.

Transporters, which are located in an open environment (outdoors) are equipped with a ”V” shaped cover, which has water draining channels.

FTL and Z type transporters (with 30º elbows)

Efficiency ranges from 30 to 300 t/h
Possible length from 2 to 99.5 meters, moving up to 500 mm.
Made of 2 – 4 mm thick galvanized metal sheets.
Depending on the type, the transporters are available with a 1 or 2 30º elbow units.
The machine bottom is made from abrasion-resistant material.
