Storth manufactures a growing range of PTO and Electric motor driven static pumps suitable for mixing and pumping out of reception tanks.
Static pumps are available with or without an under-surface agitator. The under-surface agitator is ideal for mixing slurry in a reception pit before pumping into a slurry store as the agitator can be both vertically adjusted and turned horizontally through a wide arc.
PTO Driven pumps are available with 125 mm and 152 mm tubes. The discharge pipes are fitted with a male Bauer quick release coupling as standard.

Our range of 2-point linkage PTO driven slurry pumps enables the user to mix pits at different depths thanks to a variable depth double acting ram. This machine is transportable on the tractor link arms with the PTO disconnected (Note: With our 3-Point Linkage Pumps there is no need to disconnect the PTO). Once in position the PTO can be connected and the machine will be ready for use.
These pumps have been developed for use by the larger farmer and contractor. The design of this range of pumps allows the user to move the pump from pit to pit without disconnecting the PTO. The machine can be depth adjusted to allow easy access to holes and to position the mixing nozzle at the correct point whilst mixing.
The design of the pump provides unrivaled pumping capacities. The function can be easily changed from mixing to pumping by a handle at the top of the pump which moves the diverting flap in the main body of the pump.
The range of electric pumps has been developed with a number of motor sizes from 5 kw up to 22 kw to suit different applications. These operate on a 3 phase electric supply. They can be linked to float switches to allow them to start and stop automatically when the slurry reaches the appropriate levels.
The bottom bearing is a slurry lubricated rubber fluted bearing rather than the commonly used mechanical seal arrangements; this prolongs the life of the bearing and reduces maintenance of the machine. All Storth electric pumps have a top frame which is easily attached to wall sides and can also be adapted to have a safety walkway and rail attached.
