The mills are installed with a slit screen or a mesh screen. Three – chamber design allows you to increase suction power. Such a construction results cooling the feed and prevents delamination process. That gives us a higher quality feed.

Mills parts wear out more slowly and our production equipment last longer.

Available power of the mill: 7.5 kW, 11 kW, 15 kW, 18.5 kW, 22 kW

Standard equipment includes:

• suction nozzle with airflow adjustment;
• 10 m of suction hose;
• magnetic trap;
• 3 m of discharge hose to connect to the mixer

Screen types:

• Punched – hole diameter: 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 mm;
• Slotted – slot width: 1.8, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 mm

All mills from 15 kW to 30 kW are equipped with an ammeter

Suction hammer mill H-119/5 with a 30 kW motor in a special housing for even more convenient operation. Complete with a set of hoses.

Heavy-duty top-loading mill H-119/5Z with a 30 kW motor. The output is from about 6 t of swine feed/h to about 10 t of poultry feed/h.

The device has a built-in feed screw conveyor.
